Terms of use
Terms for the PratoAI augmented-reality menu, plans and credits.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using the PratoAI menu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
PratoAI provides an augmented-reality menu: dish photos become a 3D model, the guest points a phone and sees real size on the table, in the browser, with no app. What is listed on the contracted plan is what is included.
Restaurant account
The restaurant is responsible for credentials, invited users and the data and photos it uploads. Use the service in line with the law, including Brazil’s LGPD.
Plans and credits
Start, Pro and Black are monthly plans with a credit allowance. Each 3D dish build spends 1 credit. Credits follow an active subscription; without an active plan, reconstruction stays locked. Billing runs through PayFlow. Late payment may suspend access.
Photos and models
The restaurant keeps ownership of the photos it uploads. You license us to process them, generate the 3D model and show it on the public menu. Do not upload a person’s image without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful ends, access someone else’s account, overload the infrastructure or bypass the credit limit. We may suspend accounts in case of abuse.
Availability
We aim to keep the menu online, but there may be maintenance, a 3D-provider fault or downtime. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damage outside our reasonable control.
Changes and venue
We may update these terms; the date at the top controls. Brazilian law applies. Venue is the courts of Gestão Bem’s headquarters, except where consumer law cannot be waived. Questions: PratoAI WhatsApp.
